Overview

Broker autonomy,
from quote to policy.

Mitsui sold a mass-market product with a poor digital experience — one that raised questions and overloaded support. We co-created MS Auto: a journey that gives brokers autonomy, cuts support demand and puts Mitsui ahead in digital.

Challenge

The mass-market corporate product had a poor digital experience, causing many questions for brokers during the sales journey and consequently creating a high demand for support from Mitsui’s service team. Additionally, it lacked important features that other insurers had already made available to brokers.

Solution

Through brand immersion, broker interviews and business-model analysis, we designed a journey that increased broker autonomy, operational efficiency and transactions — over R$11 million in the first year. The legacy system stayed operational during the rollout. We co-created MS Auto, now 55% of the insurer’s revenue, and developed a Design System for agile, scalable brand expansion across platforms.
